摘要 目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定30%吡丙醚·虫螨腈悬浮剂中有效成分的分析方法.方法:采用Kromasil C18 250mm×4.6mm(id)不锈钢柱和紫外可变波长检测器,以乙腈-水为流动相,在254nm波长下同时测定试样中吡丙醚和虫螨腈的含量.结果:吡丙醚和虫螨腈线性相关系数分别为1.0000和1.0000,变异系数分别为0.130%和0.094%,平均回收率分别为99.78%和99.43%.结论:该方法操作简便,分离效果好,精密度和准确度高,可同时测定吡丙醚和虫螨腈的含量. Objective: HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of two active components in 30% chlorfenapyr . pyriproxyfen SC was established. Method: Kromasil C18 250 mm×4.6 mm (id) stainless steel column and ultraviolet variable wavelength detector was used. Simultaneous determination of the content of pyriproxyfen ether and chlorfenapyr in samples by acetonitrile.water as mobile phase at 254 nm wavelength. Result: The linear correlation coefficients of pyriproxyfen and chlorfenapyr were 1.000 0 and 1.000 0, the coefficient of variation was 0.130% and 0.094%, the average recovery was 99.78% and 99.43%, respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, effective, precise and accurate, and can be used to determine the content of pyriproxyfen and chlorfenapyr simultaneously.
