摘要 通过固相萃取-高效液相色谱的方法,检测了水中三种农药残留,并且通过优化实验,最后选择出最优的实验条件.采用C18作为固相萃取剂,乙酸乙酯为洗脱剂,最后进行高效液相色谱检测分析时选用了C18反相色谱柱(ODS).结果表明,该方法可对水中有机磷农药残留量进行检测. In this experiment, three pesticide residues in water were detected by solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography (SPE-high performance liquid chromatography), and the optimal experimental conditions were selected through optimization experiments. C18 was used as solid phase extraction agent, ethyl acetate as eluent, and C18 reversed phase chromatographic column was selected for high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) detection and analysis. The results show that this method can be used to detect organophosphorus pesticide residues in water.
