我国是《华盛顿协议》第18个正式成员,已全面参与《华盛顿协议》各项规则的制定,我国工程教育认证的结果也将得到其他成员认可.OBE教育理念强调以人为本,以学生为中心,这与中国工程教育专业认证所遵从“以学生为本,面向全体学生”的评价理念不谋而合.着重分析OBE教育理念对高等学校专业认证的指导意义,立足本校实际,提出一些强化化学工程与工艺专业工程教育改革的措施,以期为本专业认证提供借鉴.

China became the 18th official member of the Washington agreement and participated in the formulation of various rules of the Washington agreement. The results of our project education certification will also be recognized by other members. The OBE education concept emphasizes people-oriented and student-centered, which coincides with the evaluation concept of "student-centered, student-oriented" followed by China engineering education certification institute.This paper focuses on the analysis of the guiding significance of OBE education concept to the professional accreditation of colleges and universities, and puts forward some measures to strengthen the reform of engineering education in chemical engineering and technology specialty based on the reality of our university, so as to provide some reference for the professional certification.
