乡村振兴战略背景下通州区特色小镇发展路径研究

On the Development Path of Characteristic Town in Tongzhou under the Background of Implementing Rural Revitalization Strategy

抓住中央实施乡村振兴战略和发展特色小镇的机遇,对于南通市通州区实现产业兴旺、产城融合战略极为重要。目前,通州区申报了6家南通市级特色小镇,这几家特色小镇各具特色,也存在着诸如镇区不重视、建设推进困难、企业主体作用不强以及积极性不高、筹融资困难等问题。为了使特色小镇可持续发展.必须做到加强重视、落实责任,规划先行、补齐短板,提升产业、突出特色.以企业为主体、市场为主导,传承文化、推陈出新。

Seizing the opportunity of the central government to implement the rural revitalization strategy and the development of small towns with special features is of great practical significanee for realizing the industrial development and the integration of industries and cities in Tongzhou district. At present ,Tongzhou district has declared 6 Nantong citylevel characteristic towns. These several characteristic small towns have their own characteristics, there are also different development problems, such as the lack of government attention, difficulties in construction and promotion, the weak role of enterprises as the main body, low enthusiasm and difficulties in financing. Therefore, in order to make the characteristic town sustainable development, the planning must be first, the industrial positioning should be prominent, the enterprise is the main body, the market is the leading, the culture should be passed on, and the old should be brought forth.
