领导丛林的缘起与发展研究

摘要 对领导的研究源远流长、蔚为大观。百年来,不同研究者提出的领导类型林林总总、层出不穷,逐步形成了“领导的丛林”。但大多数研究相对独立,由不同的研究者在不同的时期以不同的思路完成,缺乏统一的分析架构和有机整合。通过引进类型学方法,提出统一的“二维四分法”标准,可发掘其中的特征差异与内在联系。借助遴选的二十个维度,尝试建立领导类型的十大矩阵。基于领导的类型加以梳理与回顾,呈现了“领导丛林”的丰富性.从最初关注领导本身,到引入员工视角.再到兼顾二者的互动并融入组织结果导向的变迁,体现了组织和社会的进步。这有助于整合独立研究的领导类型,建立从理论基础到具体实践的系统分类逻辑,从而更好地服务理论研究和管理实践。 Researches on the leadership types and leadership styles have lasted for a long time, which gradually formed the Leadership Jungle for centuries. However, these studies are relatively independent, completed at different times by different researchers, and lack of a unified analysis of organic architecture and integration. Thus, we introduce the typology, and propos four types respectively in two dimensional classifications. As a result, we can better get an overall understanding of the evolution of leadership types, discover their difference and inner links. With twenty dimensions of the selection, we try to establish ten matrixes of leadership types? The reviewing and presenting the type of leadership shows the richness of 4<leadership jungle”,from the initial focus on the leadership itself, to the introduction of the employee perspective, and to the interaction between leaders and followers and the integration of organizational results, which reflects the progress of the organization and society. This study helps to establish logical classification system from theory to practice, which can generalize across ages, and integrating independent researches. It is much helpful to serve the Leadership Theoretical Stady and management practice.
