Study on the Real Economy Strategy of Financial Services in the New Period

2018年以来,国家持续把发展经济着力点放在实体经济上,继续抓好“三去一降一补”,大力简政减税降费.不断优化营商环境,进一步激发市场主体活力,提升经济发展质量。党的十九大后,我国进入社会主义新时代,一行两会及相关部门出台多项政策,金融服务实体经济能力得到明显提升。然而,现行金融体系中仍然存在一系列问题导致实体经济运行比较困难。文章分别从制度、机构供给以及金融基础设施和生态环境视角分析了金融服务实体经济所存在的若干问题,并提出应对之策,以确保我国经济顺利实现转型。

Since 2018, the state has continuously focused on the development of the real economy, continued to do a good job of "three go, one fall and one subsidy", vigorously simplify the administration, reduce taxes and fees, constantly optimize the business environment, further stimulate the vitality of the main market, and improve the quality of economic development. After the Nineteenth Congress of the Communist Party of China, China entered a new era of socialism. First, the bank and related departments issued a number of policies, which significantly improved the economic capacity of financial services entities. However, there are still a series of problems in the current financial system, which make it difficult for the real economy to operate. This paper analyses some problems existing in the real economy of financial services from the perspectives of system, institutional supply, financial infrastructure and ecological environment, and puts forward some countermeasures to ensure the smooth transformation of China's economy.
