复方中草药替代金霉素对仔猪生长性能的影响

Effect of Chinese herbal preparations instead of chlorotetracycline on the growth performance of piglet

在饲料中添加药用植物原料八角茴香、甘草、橘皮等加工成的复方中草药制剂,用来饲喂45日龄仔猪,并与金霉素预混剂作对照,测定仔猪的平均日增重、平均日采食量、料肉比以及腹泻指数等。试验分A、B、C、D共4组,分别为金霉素组,以及每千克饲料添加中草药制剂400 mg、500 mg、600 mg组,饲喂时间为4周。结果显示,使用中草药制剂的仔猪在试验结束后的体重均显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)地高于A组;在各阶段,C、D组的平均日采食量、平均日增重均显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)地高于A组;前3周的料肉比差异不显著(P>0.05),第4周C组的料肉比显著(P<0.05)低于A组;全程腹泻指数均较低。因此,使用中草药制剂替代金霉素大幅提高仔猪生长性能。

Compound Chinese herbal preparations made from anise, licorice and orange peel were added to feed piglets aged 45 days. The average daily gain, average daily feed intake, feed-tomeat ratio and diarrhea index of piglets were measured as compared with aureomycin premix. The experiment was divided into four groups: A, B, C and D. They were chlortetracycline group and each kg feed added with 400 mg, 500 mg and 600 mg Chinese herbal medicine preparations groups. The results showed that the body weight of piglets treated with Chinese herbal medicine preparation was significantly(P〈0. 05) higher or extremely significant(P<0. 01) higher than that of group A. At each stage, the average daily feed intake and average daily gain of group C and D were signifi - cantly higher(P<0. 05) or extremely significant higher than those of group A(P<0.01). There was no significant difference in feed-meat ratio in the first three weeks(P>0.05), but in the fourth week, the feed-meat ratio in group C was significantly lower than that in group A(P<0.05). The diarrhea index of piglets fed with Chinese herbal medicine group was lower than that of chlortet - racycline group. Therefore, the use of Chinese herbal medicine instead of chlortetracycline can greatly improve the growth performance of piglets.
