县域经济与环境协调发展分析方法——以西藏自治区为例

Analysis Method of Coordinated Development of County Economy and Environment——A Case of Tibet Autonomous Region

随着我国经济的迅速发展,国家相关部门高度重视经济与环境的协调发展,环境与经济的协调发展也是我国可持续发展面临的重要问题。现今,对于环境与经济协调发展的分析,大多数是以当地人居环境指标与人均经济指标的对比为依据。这两点仅能片面地反映出当地经济与环境协调发展的可能性,不能准确地反映一些对自然环境依赖程度较大的自然牧区及农业区的发展状况。因此,本文在结合以上两种因素的前提下,又结合了环境变化因素对经济与环境协调发展的影响,以西藏自治区为例,单独分析协调县区及不协调县区,以创新的方式分析县域经济与环境的协调发展。

With the rapid development of our country’s economy,the coordinated development of the economy and the environment by the relevant departments of the country has caused a high degree of attention.The coordinated development of environment and economy is also an important issue in the sustainable development of our country.The current analysis of the development of environmental and economic coordination is based on the comparison between the local environmental indicators and the per capita economic indicators.The two points can only one-sidedly reflect the possibility of the development of the local economy and the environment,but cannot accurately reflect the development of some natural and pastoral areas and the agricultural areas with great dependence on the natural environment.Therefore,on the premise of combining the above two factors,this paper combines with the influence of environmental changes on the coordinated development of the economy and the environment,takes Tibet Autonomous Region as an example,analyzes the coordinated and uncoordinated counties and districts separately,and finally analyzes the coordinated development of county economy and environment in a new way.
