摘要
人口结构的变化是影响住房需求的重要因素,人口市民化、人口老龄化、二胎生育政策,都将对城镇住房需求产生显著影响。结合山东省实际情况分析,政府应更加注重住房品质,提升居住质量,促进住区空间的合理布局,提升新建住区的环境质量和特色,大力推进老年宜居社区建设,回归“房子是用来住的,不是用来炒的”的居住理念。
The change of population structure is an important factor affecting housing demand.The population citizenization,population aging,and second child birth policy will have a significant impact on urban housing demand.Combined with the actual situation analysis of Shandong,the government should pay more attention to housing quality,improve the quality of living,promote the rational layout of residential areas,improve the environmental quality and characteristics of newly built residential areas,vigorously promote the construction of elderly livable communities,and return to the living conception of“house is used to live,not for speculation”.
