Practice and Exploration of “River Chief System” Management

文章主要结合2018年度郴州市全面推行“河长制”管理工作的情况,对“河长制”管理工作实践进行了简要分析,总结出郴州市全面推行“河长制”管理工作的主要成绩,并结合“河长制”管理工作的实践现状,分析探索抓好“河长制”管理工作的目标措施[1]。

Based on the comprehensive implementation of“river chief system”management in Chenzhou City in 2018,this paper makes a brief analysis of the practice of implementing“river chief system”management.This paper sums up the main achievements of carrying out the management of“river chief system”in Chenzhou City in an all-round way,combines with the present situation of the practice of“river chief system”management,and then analyzes and explores the target measures of doing a good job in the management of“river chief system”[1].
