组织生态视角下文化创意产业集群动力机制及实证研究——以景德镇为例

Dynamic mechanism and EmpiricalResearch of cultural and creative industries cluster from the perspective of Organizational Ecology——Taking Jingdezhen as an example

文化创意产业是文化、科技与经济相互融合的一种新业态。文化创意产业集群成为文化创意产业的组织载体和重要的发展模式。而文化创意产业集群的关键动力要素及动力机制是集群发展的根本力量。从组织生态视角探讨文化创意产业组织生态结构以及组织生态因子,提出陶瓷文化创意产业集群发展的动力要素、动力机制及其作用机理的理论框架。然后结合主成分分析法对景德镇陶瓷文化创意产业集群发展的动力机制进行实证性检验。在此基础上,有针对性地提出构建适宜生态环境、重视企业竞争合作、打造并完善产业链条和树立集聚区品牌等方面的建议,对促进陶瓷文化创意产业集群的发展有一定的参考价值。

Cultural and creative industries is a new industry form of integration of culture,technology and economy.Cultural and creative industries cluster has become an important development mode of cultural and creative industries.The key driving factors and dynamic mechanism of cultural and creative industry cluster are the fundamental forces of cluster development.From the perspective of organizational ecology,the article discusses the ecological structure and organizational ecological factors of the cultural creative industry organization,and puts forward the theoretical framework of the dynamic elements,dynamic mechanism and its mechanism of the development of the ceramic cultural and creative industrial clusters.Then,combining with the principal component analysis,the paper makes an empirical research on the dynamic mechanism of the development of Jingdezhen ceramic culture and creative industry cluster.On this basis,some suggestions are put forward to build suitable ecological environment,attach importance to enterprise competition and cooperation,build and improve industrial chain and establish agglomeration area brand,which have some reference value for promoting the development of ceramic cultural and creative industry cluster.
