The policies and supporting measures to be promoted should not only be based on the sense of obtaining the care of the elderly, but should also fully consider the promotion of the professional experience and job appeal of the elderly care workers in Shanghai through policy support, such as the establishment of an elderly caregiver accident risk, establish and improve the social security transfer system for the elderly care workers in Shanghai, establish a breathing mechanism and psychological counseling mechanism for the aged care workers, and use artificial intelligence technology to assist the elderly care workers to carry out their work smoothly.
