依托企业,工学结合式的办学理念是推进高校与企业校企合作的必由之路。从校企合作的角度阐述了校企合作的背景及意义、校企合作的基本条件、双元制校企合作人才培养长效机制的实施内容,为构建“双元培育”人才培养校企合作长效机制提供了重要手段和基本途径。

Depending on enterprises, the idea of combining work with study is the only way to promote the cooperation between universities and enterprises. From the perspective of school-enterprise cooperation, it expounds background and significance of school-enterprise cooperation, the basic conditions of school-enterprise cooperation, and the implementation content of the long-term mechanism of dual-system school-enterprise cooperation in talent cultivation, which provides an important means and basic ways for the construction of the long-term mechanism of “dual-cultivation” talent cultivation in school-enterprise cooperation.
