摘要
省属普通高校财务管理对科研经费有明确要求。阐述了加强省属普通高校科研经费管理的主要措施,以期更好地为科研管理工作服务。
This paper introduces the requirements of the financial management objectives of provincial colleges and universities for the management of scientific research funds. It expounds the main measures for strengthening the management of scientific research funds in provincial colleges and universities,so as to better serve management of scientific research.
