珍珠精卵液对人工/药物流产后患者子宫恢复情况的影响

Effect of Zhenzhujingluanye oral liquid on uterine recovery after artificial or medical abortion

目的探讨珍珠精卵液对人工/药物流产后患者子宫恢复情况的影响。方法选取2018年4月至5月在南方医科大学南方医院妇产科门诊行人工/药物流产术的774例患者作为研究对象,根据术后是否服用珍珠精卵液口服制剂分为观察组(人流230例、药流138例)和对照组(人流254例、药物152例),观察两组患者术后阴道流血情况、术后3周子宫内膜厚度、月经恢复情况。结果观察组患者术后出血天数和出血量小于对照组;前者子宫内膜厚度大于后者;月经恢复时间前者早于后者。结论人工/药物流产后服用珍珠精卵液口服制剂可有效缩短患者的出血天数及减少出血量,促进子宫内膜修复及月经复潮,具有良好的临床应用前景。

Objective To investigate the effect of Zhenzhujingluanye oral liquid on uterine recovery after artificial or medical abortion. Methods 774 cases received artificial or medical abortion in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology,Nanfang Hospital,Southern Medical University from April to May 2018 were selected,they were divided into observation group (230 cases of artificial abortion,138 cases of medical abortion) and control group (254 cases of artificial abortion,152 cases of medical abortion) depending on whether the Zhenzhujingluanye oral liquid is taken or not.The postoperative vaginal bleeding,endometrial thickness at 3 weeks postoperatively and menstrual recovery of all groups were observed. Results The bleeding days,bleeding volumein in the observation group were less than those in the control group;the endometrial thickness in the former group was greater than that in the latter group,and the menstrual recovery time in the former group was earlier than the latter group. Conclusions Taking Zhenzhujingluanye oral liquid after artificial or medical abortion can effectively shorten the bleeding days,reduce the bleeding volume,promote endometrial repair and menstruation,which make it has a good clinical application prospects.
