妇产科住院医师规范化培训中妇科学双语教学情况的调查研究

Investigation and study on gynecological bilingual teaching in standardized training of obstetrics and gynecology residents

目的调查南方医科大学南方医院妇产科规培医师的双语教学及学习现状,为下一步开展双语乃至全英教学提供依据。方法首先确定调查问卷的内容,包括年级、普通英语水平、专业英语熟练程度、交流能力以及对双语教学的接受方式等,然后选取在南方医科大学南方医院妇产科轮转的共37名1~3年级规培医师,通过现场填写问卷的形式进行调查。结果94.6%的受调查对象通过大学英语六级考试,91.9%和94.6%受调查者对专业英语能够做到一般熟悉和交流。100%受调查者认为双语教学是必要的,并且希望通过小组学习或者现场教学的方式来提高妇科专业英语能力。结论实施双语教学是提高住院医师培训质量和国际交流能力的重要方法之一,应循序渐进开展与推进,并不断创新教学方法。

Objective To investigate the current status of bilingual teaching and learning in the department of gynecology,Nanfang Hospital,Soutern Medical University,and to provide a basis for further bilingual and even English teaching. Methods Determine the content of the questionnaire,including PGY,general English level,medical English proficiency,communication ability and the way to accept bilingual teaching.A total of 37 PGY 1~3 residents were interviewed and investigated by filling out questionnaires by the way of on site. Results 94.6% of the residents passed the national CET-6,and 91.9% and 94.6% were able to familiarize and communicate with medical English.100% of the subjects believe that bilingual teaching is necessary,and hope to improve the medical English ability through small group study or on-site teaching in clinical or procedual settings. Conclusions The implementation of bilingual education is one of the important methods to improve the quality of resident training and enhance the level of international exchange.It should be carried out step by step and promote and continuously innovate the teaching methods.
