护士应用品管圈规范产后随访的影响因素分析

Analysis of influencing factors of nurses applying quality control circle to standardize postpartum follow-up

目的分析影响护士应用品管圈规范产后随访的相关因素,优化基层单位产后随访推广效果。方法进行应用品管圈规范产后随访的推广,采取便利抽样法,对2017年9月至2018年9月广东省广州市11个区内142名产科护士应用品管圈规范产后随访情况进行问卷调查。结果影响142名产科护士应用品管圈规范产后随访的因素处于中低等水平,六个维度的平均得分为(1.873±0.755),护士品管圈技能应用水平是影响护士应用品管圈规范产后随访效果的主要因素,随访护士接受培训的时间、护士实际操作及护患关系是影响护士品管圈技能应用水平的重要因素。结论护士应用品管圈可有效规范产后随访效果,提高护士品管圈技能应用水平是规范产后随访效果的关键,针对性的增加知识与技能培训、调整理论课时与实操课时的比例可以提高护士品管圈技能应用水平。

Objective To analyze the influencing factors of nurses applying quality control circle (QCC) to standardize postpartum follow-up and optimize the postpartum follow-up in grass-roots units. Methods The research results of standardized postpartum follow-up by QCC were popularized,and 142 obstetric nurses in 11 districts of Guangzhou from September 2017 to September 2018 were investigated by convenience sampling method. Results The factors affecting 142 obstetric nurses application of QCC to standardize postpartum follow-up were at the middle and low levels and he average score of six dimensions was (1.873±0.755).The nurses application level of QCC skills was the main applying factor.The time of training,actual operation and nurse-patient relationship of follow-up nurses are the important factors which affect the nurses application level of QCC skills . Conclusions Nurses application of QCC to standardize postpartum follow-up is effective and improving nurses application level of QCC skills is of vital importance.Targeted reinforce the knowledge and skills training,adjusting the proportion of theoretical and practical class hours are the solutions to improve nurses application level of QCC skills.
