轻型装甲车辆不同底板结构防爆性能比较分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了提高轻型装甲车辆底部的防护性能,在轻型装甲车辆车体进行简化的基础上,对V型、W型、波浪型、船型、平板-船形等不同结构装甲底板,对爆炸冲击作用下的毁伤效应进行了数值计算。重点对压力与位移两项参量的变化进行了研究,对比分析了不同底板结构的防爆炸能力。结果表明平板-船型结构的抗爆炸冲击能力最强,但综合车体高度与车内空间等因素,认为船型和V型结构最为适用。研究结果对底部防护能力较强的模块化底装甲设计提供科学依据。 In order to improve the protection ability of light armored vehicle, based on the simplification of the vehicle body, numerical computation was carried out on the damage effect under the blast shock wave for five types of bottom plates V type, W type, wave type, boat type and plate-boat type. Taking pressure at the same location and displacement as parameters, anti-explosion ability of five types of bottom plates above was analyzed and compared. The plate-boat has the best anti-explosion ability, while it is not the optimal selection for light armored vehicle bottom. Considering vehicle body height and inner space, the boat type and V type are the optimal selection. The research result is significant to improve the bottom defense ability against blast shock wave.
