摘要
为研究入口参数对带导流片的三维环形驻涡燃烧室(TVC)性能的影响,对不同进口速度V、当量比φ及进气温度T下TVC的速度及旋涡结构、出口NO质量分数、总压损失系数σ、燃烧效率η进行了数值研究。结果表明,旋涡结构、出口NO质量分数及η基本不随速度变化,但σ随V增加快速增大;φ增大导致的凹腔内侧涡对变小、η的降低及σ的增大等的幅度都不大;T升高有利于燃烧室凹腔驻涡、降低σ及增加η;φ及T变大使燃烧室温度升高,出口NO排放大幅增加。
To investigate effect of velocity magnitude V, equivalence ratio of air and fuel φ, temperature at inlet T on the performance of three-dimensional annular Trapped Vortex Combustor(TVC)with flow guide vanes, the effect of different gas parameters at the inlet on velocity, vortex structure, NO emission distribution, total pressure loss coefficient σ, combustion efficiency η were numerically analysized. The results show that the vortex structure, the NO distribution and η at the outlet are almost unchanged with the increase of V, but σ increases rapidly with the increase of V;The increase of T is beneficial to trapping vortexes in the cavity, reducing σ and increasing η;whenφ and T become larger, the temperature in the TVC and the NO emission at the outlet increase significantly.
