摘要
目的探究手术室护理管理和医院感染水平之间的相关性。方法选取2017年3月—2018年6月于手术室行手术治疗的405例患者进行研究,收集所有患者资料,根据患者有无发生医院感染将其分成感染组204例和未感染组201例,观察两组患者资料情况,对医院感染水平控制和手术室护理管理的相关性进行分析。结果感染组与非感染组在手术时间、接台手术、切口类型、术前应用抗生素以及侵入性操作方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);将上述有差异资料带入logistic回归方程计算,发现手术时间、接台手术、切口类型、术前应用抗生素以及侵入性操作均是造成患者发生医院感染的相关因素;且手术时间、接台手术、Ⅱ型切口、术前应用抗生素以及侵入性操作与患者发生医院感染之间呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论医院感染水平控制与手术室护理管理密切相关,医务人员应不断总结手术经验并优化和完善相关护理措施,加强护理管理,以降低医院感染的发生率。
Objective To analyze the correlation of operating room nursing management with nosocomial infection levels. Methods A total of 405 patients treated from March 2017 to June 2018 in our operating room were selected.Patients were assigned to infection group ( n =204) and non-infection group ( n =201) according to the nosocomial infection conditions.The correlation of nosocomial infection control levels with operating room nursing management was analyzed. Results The operation time, consecutive operation, incision types, preoperative application of antibiotics, and invasive surgery between the infection group and the non-infection group were statistically different ( P <0.05).According to the logistic regression equation, the influencing factors of nosocomial infection included the operation time, consecutive operation, incision types, preoperative application of antibiotics, and invasive surgery.The nosocomial infection was positively correlated with operation time, consecutive operation, Type Ⅱ incision, preoperative application of antibiotics, and invasive surgery ( P <0.05). Conclusion The nosocomial infection control levels have a close correlation with the operating room nursing management.Therefore, the medical staff shall strive to summarize the operation experiences, optimize the nursing mode, and improve the nursing management so as to reduce the incidence rate of nosocomial infection.
