摘要
目的分析手术室护士职业倦怠与工作压力的关系。方法采用马氏职业倦怠量表(MBI)和护士工作压力源量表分别对37名手术室护士的职业倦怠和工作压力情况进行评估,分析职业倦怠与心理压力的相关性。结果职业倦怠各维度得分中,情绪衰竭与个人成就感均为中度倦怠,分别占比35.14%和43.24%;去人格化为轻度倦怠,占比62.16%。手术室护士工作压力各维度得分从高到低依次为时间分配及工作量、护理专业及工作、患者护理、工作环境及仪器设备、管理及人际关系。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,手术室护士工作压力各方面与职业倦怠具有正相关性(P<0.05)。结论手术室护士工作压力越大,职业倦怠越严重,两者密切相关。
Objective To analysis the relationship between job burnout and work stress among operating room nurses.Methods A questionnaire survey with Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI)and Nurse Job Stressors Questionnaire-revised(NJSQ-R)was conducted to 37 operating room nurses.The relationship between job burnout and work stress was analyzed.Results In assessment of job burnout,35.14%and 43.24%of nurses suffered moderate burnout in aspects of emotional exhaustion and sense of personal achievement,respectively,62.16%nurses suffered mild burnout in aspect of depersonalization.The time allocation and workload was the top-scoring factors of NJSQ-R,followed by nursing profession and work,nursing care of patients,working environment and equipment,management and interpersonal relationship.The Person correlation analysis showed that factor of work stress were positively related to job burnout(P<0.05).Conclusion The increased level of work stress may lead to severe job burnout among operating room nurses.
