不同医疗机构老年人跌倒干预实施效果比较

A comparative study on falls prevention of the elderly in two different medical institutions

目的探讨两种不同类型医疗机构内老年人跌倒干预实施效果及影响因素。方法选取南通市第一人民医院老年科和通州南山护理院老年人,各70例,应用Morse跌倒评估量表确定危险等级,进行个性化干预。观察2机构干预1年内老年患者跌倒情况并分析影响跌倒的因素。结果医院老年科跌倒发生率低于护理院(P<0.05)。医院老年科照护比高于护理院,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。跌倒原因方面,医院老年科和护理院在老年患者身体不适、照明以及放置警示标志方面跌倒发生率存在差异(P<0.05)。结论护理院跌倒干预效果欠佳,需要在环境、照护比方面做出改善。

Objective To compare the effect of falls prevention for the elderly in two different medical institutions.Methods Totally 70 elderly patients in the Department of Geriatrics of a general hospital and 70 elderly patients in a nursing home were selected.The risk of falls was evaluated by Morse Fall Scale(MFS)and corresponding measures were carried out.The falls events of the elderly within one year were retrospectively analyzed.Results The incidence of hospital falls was lower in elderly people from the Department of Geriatrics than that of elderly in the nursing home(P<0.05).The ratio of the elderly to nurses in the Department of Geriatrics was higher than that in the nursing home,but with no significant difference(P>0.05).In cause analysis of falls events,there was significant difference in factors such as out of condition,illumination conditions,warning sign placement between two medical institutions(P<0.05).Conclusion More efforts should be made to improve the falls prevention of the elderly in the nursing home in aspects of environment and ratio of the elderly to nurses.
