显微超声下取根管内折断器械的针对性护理配合

Removal of endodontic fracture instrument under micro-ultrasound and targeted nursing measures

目的探讨显微超声下取根管内折断器械的效果,总结护理配合措施。方法选择2017年9月—2018年9月实施根管内折断器械取出手术的患者46例,共46颗患牙,均因常规方法无法取出根管内的折断器械而行显微根管再处理,围手术期间配合针对性护理。结果本次试验收集46例患者共46颗患牙,共发现折断器械49支。术后经X线片及根管显微镜探查确认38颗患牙根管内的39支折断器械成功取出并完成根管治疗,取出成功率为82.61%(38/46),均为一次性取出,平均取出时间为(67.80±12.30)min。术中未发生根管侧穿或牙根纵裂等。结论配合针对性护理有助于提高显微超声下根管内折断器械取出的成功率,安全性高。

Objective To evaluate the removal of endodontic fracture instrument under micro-ultrasound,and summarize targeted nursing measures.Methods Totally 46 patients with endodontic fracture instruments removed were selected from September 2017 to September 2018.All the 46 affected teeth were treated with microscopic root canal retreatment due to the failure of conventional methods to cross or remove the broken instruments in the root canal,and with targeted care.After that,the success rate of fracture instrument removal was recorded.Results Confirmed by the X-ray and root canal microscope,39 fracture instruments were removed form 38 affected teeth,and a success rate of removal was 82.61%(38/46).The average time of operation was(67.80±12.30)min.There was no lateral root canal perforation or radical longitudinal fissure occurred during the operation.Conclusion Targeted nursing is helpful to improve the success rate of removing the fracture instrument in the root canal under micro-ultrasound.
