凡士林纱布联合美宝湿润烧伤膏在天疱疮患者皮损护理中的应用

Application of Vaseline gauze combined with MEBO for skin lesions of pemphigus

目的探讨凡士林纱布联合美宝湿润烧伤膏在天疱疮患者皮损护理中的应用效果。方法60例天疱疮患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理。观察组在对照组的基础上使用美宝湿润烧伤膏联合凡士林纱布包敷皮损处。观察2组入组时、治疗7 d后皮损面积、渗液程度、疼痛评分。结果治疗后,观察组皮损面积、渗液程度、疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论凡士林纱布结合美宝湿润烧伤膏能有效促进天疱疮患者的皮损愈合,减轻患者疼痛。

Objective To investigate the effect of Vaseline gauze combined with MEBO for skin lesions of pemphigus.Methods Totally 60 patients with skin lesions of pemphigus were assigned to the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.All patients received routine care during treatment,and those in the observation group received a dressing solution with Vaseline gauze combined with MEBO.The area of skin lesions,exudates and pain level were evaluated before and at 7 days after treatment.Results After a seven-day intervention,the scores about area of skin lesions,exudates and pain level were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The dressing method with Vaseline gauze and MEBO is effective to improve the healing of skin lesions and reduce the pain of patients with pemphigus.
