个体化健康教育模式在手部肌腱损伤患者功能康复锻炼中的干预效果

Effect of individualized health education model in functional rehabilitation of patients with tendon injuries of the hand

目的探讨个体化健康教育模式在手部肌腱损伤患者功能康复锻炼中的干预效果。方法120例手部肌腱损伤患者分为常规组与研究组,各60例。常规组患者行一般护理干预,研究组患者在常规组基础上行个体化健康教育。观察2组患者护理干预后2周、4周、6周、8周时手部功能恢复情况,比较2组护理满意度和生活质量。结果2组手部总主动活动度(TAM)均随着干预时间的延长而提高,在干预后4、6和8周时,研究组TAM优于常规组(P<0.05)。研究组手功能优良率、护理满意度高于常规组(P<0.05)。研究组干预后健康调查简表(SF-36)中躯体功能、总体健康、社会功能及心理健康评分均高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论对手部肌腱损伤患者在功能康复锻炼中给予健康教育干预,可促进患者手部功能康复,提高其日常生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of individualized health education model in functional rehabilitation of patients with tendon injuries of the hand.Methods Totally 120 patients with tendon injuries of the hand were assigned to the control group and the study group,with 60 cases in each group.All patients received routine care during treatment,and those in the study group received individualized health education model.The rehabilitation condition of the hand was evaluated at 2,4,6 and 8 weeks after nursing intervention.The satisfactory degree and quality of life were evaluated and compared between two groups.Results The score of total active movement was increased after the nursing intervention,and was higher in the study group than that in the control at 4,6 and 8 weeks after intervention,respectively(P<0.05).Patients in the study group had a higher recovery rate of the hand function and satisfactory degree than those in the control group(P<0.05).The factor scores of physical function,general health,social function and mental health were higher in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of individualized health education can improve the rehabilitation of the hand function and quality of patients with tendon injuries of the hand.
