男性狼疮性肾炎患者非计划再入院原因分析及护理对策

Analysis of causes of unplanned readmission in male patients with lupus nephritis and related nursing countermeasures

目的探讨男性狼疮性肾炎患者非计划再入院原因及护理对策。方法回顾性分析2014年1月—2019年1月男性狼疮性肾炎患者的资料。结果男性狼疮性肾炎患者共出院70例,非计划再入院30例,再入院率42.86%。非计划再入院原因:伴有不同程度血液、尿液指标异常30(100.00%)例;患者依从性差7(23.33%)例;肺部感染5(16.67%)例,下肢水肿4(13.33%)例,发热2(6.67%)例,导管相关性血流感染1(3.33%)例。结论生化指标异常、依从性差、肺部感染等是男性狼疮性肾炎患者非计划再入院的主要原因,建议从延续性护理、预见性护理、饮食和提高患者依从性等方面制定针对性的护理策略。

Objective To explore the causes of unplanned readmission and nursing countermeasures for male patients with lupus nephritis.Methods A retrospective study was carried out to conduct a descriptive analysis of the causes of readmission in male patients with lupus nephritis from January 2014 to January 2019.Results The rate of unplanned readmission was 42.86%(30/70).The reasons of unplanned readmission mainly included abnormal blood urine in 30(100.00%)cases,poor adherence in 7(23.33%)cases,lung infection in 5(16.67%)cases,lower extremity edema in 4(13.33%)cases,fever in 2(6.67%)cases and catheter-related bloodstream infection in 1(3.33%)case.Conclusion Abnormal blood parameters,poor adherence and pulmonary infection are the main reasons of hospital readmission in male patients with lupus nephritis.Corresponding measures should be carried out in aspects of extended care,prevention,dietary intervention and treatment adherence.
