32例剥脱性皮炎的临床观察与护理

Clinical features of exfoliative dermatitis and related nursing management

目的观察剥脱性皮炎临床表现,总结护理方法。方法回顾分析32例剥脱性皮炎患者临床资料。治疗期间,护理人员完善临床观察并实施综合护理干预,包括心理护理、建立静脉通道、预防及控制感染、皮肤破损护理、黏膜护理、饮食护理、药物不良反应护理和出院前健康指导。结果治疗后21(65.62%)例患者痊愈出院,9(28.12%)例病情控制好转出,2(6.25%)例转院治疗。干预后患者临床症状(皮肤潮红、肿胀、口腔黏膜水疱、糜烂)评分均较干预前降低(P<0.05)。结论完善剥脱性皮炎患者的临床观察,并给予有效的综合护理干预,能提高临床治疗效果,促进患者康复。

Objective To observer the clinical features of exfoliative dermatitis and summarize the nursing measures.Methods The clinical data of 32 patients with exfoliative dermatitis were retrospectively analyzed.An enhanced plan of observation on vital sign,skin condition and drug-induced adverse reactions was carried out.The comprehensive nursing interventions consisted of psychological care,establishment of intravenous line,infection prevention and control,care of skin injury,dietary guidance,drug adverse reactions and health education before discharge from hospital.Results Of 32 patients,21(65.62%)were fully recovered,9(28.12%)patients with an improvement of illness,2(6.25%)patients were transferred for further treatment.The clinical symptoms(skin flushing,swelling,oral mucosal vesicles,erosion)scores after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion It is required to carry out clinical observation and comprehensive nursing interventions for patients with exfoliative dermatitis,in order to improve the treatment efficacy and rehabilitation.
