摘要
本论文所介绍的自动缓冲库的上位组态设计主要是以松下FP系列的PLC,电磁阀、传感器,组态王软件等来实现对自动缓冲库的控制。通过传感器信号采集,PLC编程,组态王的监控来实现货料的自动识别和缓冲、传输等功能。也就是说本论文介绍了一种涵盖了PLC控制技术、检测技术、组态王的监控技术的实物仿真模型。本论文中不仅介绍了PLC的特点、原理,在自动缓冲库系统中的应用及其自动缓冲库的软硬件构成。同时还对传感器等硬件及组态王软件在自动缓冲库上的使用进行了简单的介绍。
The host computer configuration design of automatic storage buffer introduced by this paper is mainly achieve the control of automatic storage buffer by Panasonic FP series PLC, solenoid valve, sensor, and configuration king software. Through sensor signal acquisition, PLC programming, KingView software to achieve automatic identification and materials, buffer, transmission and other functions of goods. That is to say, this paper introduce a simulation model that covers PLC control technology, detection technology and KingView monitoring technology. This paper not only introduces the characteristics and principles of PLC, its application in the automatic storage buffer system and the hardware and software composition of automatic storage buffer, but also briefly introduces the use of sensors and KingView software in the automatic storage buffer.
