预应力连续梁桥应用移动模架施工时存在的问题分析

摘要 因具有标准化、周期化、速度快、效益好等特点,近些年移动模架施工法在预应力混凝土连续桥梁的施工中得到了较多的应用。然而在一些大跨度桥梁工程的施工过程中发现,由于应用了移动模架法进行施工,桥梁的悬臂端附件出现了裂缝与梁体的线形不平顺等问题,在桥梁上表现明显,这给桥梁工程后续施工的顺利进行带来了不利影响。为此,本文结合相关工程实践,对预应力连续梁桥应用移动模架法施工过程中遇到的悬臂端裂缝及线性有效控制问题进行了详细的分析,并提出了针对性的防治处理措施。 Due to the characteristics of standardization, periodicity, fast speed and good benefit, the movable formwork construction method has been widely used in the construction of prestressed concrete continuous bridges in recent years. However, in the construction process of some long-span bridge projects, because of the application of the moving formwork method for construction, the cantilever end accessories of the bridge have problems such as cracks and irregularity of the beam body, which is obvious in the bridge, bringing the adverse effect to the subsequent smooth construction of the bridge project. Therefore, this paper combines relevant engineering practice, analyzes the cantilever end crack and alignment effective control problem in the construction process of prestressed continuous composite beams with movable formwork, and puts forward the corresponding prevention and treatment measures.
