摘要
企业管理人才培训应当构建完善的体系,创新企业管理人才参与培训活动的方式方法,在良好的内部综合培训机制下提高企业开展培训活动的有效性。基于此,本文对企业管理人才培训中的问题与策略进行研究,以供参考。
Enterprise management personnel training should establish a perfect system, innovate the ways and methods of enterprise management personnel participating in training activities, and improve the effectiveness of enterprise training activities under a good internal comprehensive training mechanism. Based on this, this paper studies the problems and strategies in enterprise management personnel training for reference.
