摘要
研究某款进气流量(pressure based air flow meter,PFM)传感器的测试特性,通过试验分析管路的直径、长度、角度、安装方向等不同因素对PFM传感器测量结果的影响,试验结果表明上述因素对测量偏差基本无影响;对PFM传感器在稳态工况、瞬时工况、节流阀开度变化和经济性上的表现在发动机台架上进行测试,结果表明,PFM传感器测量波动较小,有较好的适应性。
The sensor’s characteristics based on the research on PFM are described, and the influences of diameter, length, installing angle and position on measuring result of PFM are certificated .The results show that PFM sensor has good characteristics with small fluctuation and high flexibility.The performance of PFM sensor is tested on engine platform of steady-state condition, transient condition, throttle valve opening change and economy. The results show that PFM sensor has little fluctuation and good adaptability.
