基于云端数据的冷热电三联供能源管控系统开发

摘要 为了实现对冷热电三联供(combined cooling,heating and power,CCHP)系统的监控和远程优化控制,采用分布式计算机控制系统架构设计了能源管控系统,将现场非485接口的模拟量和数字量节点全部转换为485接口,并通过以太网转串口服务器与工业控制计算机相联进行本地管控,将运行数据发送到云端,利用大数据和数据挖掘技术,优化能源切换过程,实现移动终端远程管控。通过系统安装和调试,实现所有节点的IO本地和远程操作,设备运行正常,提供了一种利用云端数据CCHP能源管控系统的可行设计思路。 In order to monitor and optimize a CCHP (combined cooling, heating and power) System, particularly implement remote optimization control,an energy control system based on DCS structure is presented, where all of analog or digital terminals with no - 485 interface are transferred to 485 interfaces, and all of the data are transferred to an IPC trough a serial-Ethernet server and transferred to cloud. The big data technology and data mining are used to optimize the energy switch process and achieve remote control. After installation and adjustment, all of the terminal could be controlled locally and remotely. The system operates properly, which presents a way to use cloud data for CCHP System.
