摘要
为验证营养假说,本研究首次利用分光光度计测定了栗瘿蜂(Dryocosmus kuriphilus)幼虫期虫瘿及其着生枝条的部分营养和防御物质的含量或活性。研究结果表明:虫瘿中单宁和类黄酮的含量及苯丙氨酸解氨酶和多酚氧化酶的活性显著低于枝条的含量或活性,符合营养假说;虫瘿蛋白质和还原糖含量显著低于枝条的含量,淀粉的含量与枝条的含量差异不显著,不符合营养假说。
In order to test the nutrition hypothesis,the contents and activities of some nutrients and defense substances in Dryocosmus kuriphilus larval galls and their adjacent branches were measured by spectrophotometer for the first time.The results showed that the contents or activities of defense substances such as tannin,flavonoids,phenylalanine ammonia lyase and polyphenol oxidase in galls were significantly lower than those in branches.These results were in accordance with the nutrition hypothesis.However,what did not accord with the hypothesis was that the contents of proteins and reducing sugars in galls were significantly lower than those in branches,and the content of starch was not significantly different from each other.
