摘要
针对钢结构索塔高位安装过程中垂直起吊设备的安全使用问题,对关键设备选型配置、结构形式设计选择及功能性要求进行分析,以南京浦仪跨江大桥主桥独柱钢索塔节段施工吊装用大型关键设备为研究对象,从设备额定起重量选择、钢结构形式设计、相关功能配置、智能化安全装置和人性化设计理念等方面进行研究。结果表明,大型塔吊可以实现南京浦仪跨江大桥主桥独柱钢索塔节段施工吊装,智能化和安全功能配置方法新颖,具有前瞻性和先进性。
Aiming at the problem of safe use of vertical lifting equipment in the process of high-level installation of steel cable tower, the selection and configuration of key equipment, the design and selection of structural form and functional requirements were analyzed. The large-scale key equipment used in the construction and hoisting of single-column steel cable tower section of main bridge of Nanjing Puyi river-crossing bridge was taken as the research object. The selection of rated lifting weight of equipment, design of steel structure form, configuration of related functions, intelligent safety device and humanized design concept were studied. The results show that the large-scale tower crane can realize the construction and hoisting of the single-column steel cable tower section of the main bridge of Nanjing Puyi river-crossing bridge. It is novel in intelligence and safety function allocation, and has the prospective and advanced nature.
