摘要
为消除人们对微波加热技术在沥青路面养护中应用的安全问题的疑惑,采用理论分析和试验研究相结合的方法,对微波养护设备在施工中可能遇到的微波泄漏对人体辐射、沥青老化指标、混合料路用性能影响以及修复检查井盖的安全性、干扰地下通讯电缆通讯信号程度等诸多方面进行研究。结果表明:只要微波养护设备的设计遵循国家的相关规定,采取适应于路面养护工况的技术措施,微波加热技术在沥青路面养护中的安全性就是可控的、有保障的。
In order to eliminate the doubts about the safety of applying microwave heating technology to the maintenance of asphalt pavement, the effect of microwave leakage which may occur in the maintenance process on human body, aging index of asphalt, pavement performance of asphalt mixture, as well as the safety of repairing and inspecting well covers and the degree of interference with communication signals of underground communication cables were studied. It is concluded that the safety of applying microwave heating technology to asphalt pavement maintenance is controllable and guaranteed as long as the design of microwave maintenance equipment follows the relevant national regulations and adopts technical measures adapted to pavement maintenance conditions.
