电动滑模无拉杆整体通涵墙身浇筑模板台车

摘要 为了提升山区高速公路通道、涵洞墙身施工的工效及外观,对墙身模板进行优化、调整,设计了无拉杆的涵洞墙身浇筑台车,充分利用旧有原材,通过设置在台车上的加固系统、支撑系统、提升系统、安全系统、行走系统等装置,使台车变得简便易操作,提高了材料的周转次数及利用率。实践应用效果表明,模板台车节省了50%的人工,加快了施工进度,减少了施工措施费的投入,提升了经济效益。 In order to improve the working efficiency and appearance of highway passage and culvert wall construction in mountainous area, the wall formwork was optimized and adjusted, and the culvert wall pouring trolley without tie rod was designed. The trolley was made easy to operate, and the turnover and utilization rate of materials were improved by making full use of the existing materials through the reinforcement system, support system, lifting system, safety system and walking system installed on the trolley. Practical application results show that the formwork pouring trolley saves 50% of the labor, speeds up the construction progress, reduces the cost of construction, and improves the economic benefits.
