摘要
为了验证同时采用冷、热再生添加方式的可行性,介绍了其施工工艺,并对该工艺下再生成品料的整个生产过程进行了试验检测,对ZAC-16C和ZAC-13C两种再生成品料的性能参数进行对比分析。结果表明,同时采用冷、热再生添加方式生成的再生成品料的各项指标均满足技术规范的参数要求,且马歇尔稳定度、残留稳定度和动稳定度等指标优于普通热拌沥青混合料相应指标,该添加方式可有效提高再生成品料的路用性能。
In order to verify the feasibility of adding method of simultaneous cold and hot recycling, the construction technology was introduced, and the whole production process of recycled products under this technology was tested. The performance parameters of the two kinds of recycled products named ZAC-16C and ZAC-13C were compared and analyzed. The results show that all the indicators of recycled products produced by simultaneous cold and hot recycling can meet the requirements of technical specification, and the Marshall stability, residual stability and dynamic stability are better than those of ordinary hot mix asphalt. The pavement performance of recycled products can be effectively improved by the adding method.
