健脾益肠汤联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗老年肠道菌群失调临床观察

Efficiency observation of Jianpi Yichang decoction and live combined bifidobacterium,lactobacillus and enterococcus capsules on imbalance of elderly intestinal flora

目的:观察健脾益肠汤治疗老年肠道菌群失调的临床效果。方法:将80例肠道菌群失调老年患者随机分为两组各40例,治疗组采用健脾益肠汤联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗,对照组患者单用双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗,均连续治疗14天。结果:治疗组临床总有效率为90.00%,对照组为72.50%,两组比较,有显著性差异(P﹤0.05)。两组患者双歧杆菌和乳杆菌均较治疗前有不同程度的增多,其中治疗组显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:健脾益肠汤治疗老年人肠道菌群失调的疗效确切,在临床总有效率、粪便菌群变化方面均优于单纯双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Yichang decoction on imbalance of elderly intestinal flora. Methods: 80 cases of elderly patients with intestinal flora imbalance were randomly divided into two group,40 cases in each geoup. The treatment group was treated with Jianpi Yichang decoction and live combined bifidobacterium,lactobacillus and enterococcus capsules,while the control group was treated simply with live combined bifidobacterium,lactobacillus and enterococcus capsules.After continuous treatment for 14 days,the curative effect was evaluated. Results: The total effective rate was 90.00% in the treatment group and 72.50% in the control group;compared between two groups, there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,bifidobacterium and lactobacillus of patients in both groups increased to different degrees, and the increase of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of Jianpi Yichang decoction and live combined bifidobacterium,lactobacillus and enterococcus capsules on imbalance of elderly intestinal flora is definite, and better than that of simple live combined bifidobacterium,lactobacillus and enterococcus capsules in clinical total effective rate and change of fecal flora.
