新入职护士护理患者隐私部位时的心理体验的访谈研究

Qualitative Research on Psychological Experience of Newly Recruited Nurses in Nursing Patients’ Private Parts

目的了解新入职护士在护理患者隐私部位时的心理体验,以期更好培养新护士。方法采用目的性抽样的方法对12名新入职护士进行访谈。结果新入职护士在为患者做隐私部位护理时有许多心理动态,表现为:害羞与尴尬、排斥与抗拒、适应与面对;希望得到护理管理者的专业辅导与心理辅导,也希望护理管理者可以合理安排护理对象及内容。结论护理管理者针对新入职护士的心理体验,采取行之有效的措施,可以提高新入职护士的伦理决策能力,操作熟练度和职业认同感,可以使护士在维护自身心理健康的同时为患者提供规范、细致的护理服务。

Objective: To understand the psychological experience of newly recruited nurses in nursing patients private parts, so as to better cultivate new nurses. Methods: 12 newly recruited nurses were interviewed by a targeted sampling approach. Results: Newly recruited nurses have many psychological experiences when doing private nursing for patients, which are as follows: shyness and embarrassment, rejection and resistance, adaptation and face;hope to get professional counseling and psychological counseling from the nursing managers, and hope that nursing managers can reasonably arrange nursing objects and contents. Conclusion: Nursing managers take effective measures for the psychological experience of newly recruited nurses, which can improve their ethical decision-making ability, operational proficiency and professional identity. These can enable nurses to provide standardized and detailed nursing services for patients while maintaining their psychological health.
