“荣誉教育”与医德教育相关性探析

On the Correlation between “Honour Education” and Medical Ethics Education

医学院校开展荣誉教育的目的在于培养特殊的医学本科拔尖人才,荣誉教育的目标不仅仅在于出类拔萃知识能力的培养,更在于培养医学生成为崇尚荣誉的优秀者,医疗实践的领航者。但荣誉教育与医德教育密不可分,医德教育可有效预防“荣誉教育”的负效应。为防止“荣誉教育”内容成为“孤岛”,需创新“荣誉教育”与医德教育相融合的教育教学模式。首先把道德内涵全息性地融入“荣誉教育”活动中;其次建立以未来“岗位胜任力”为导向的“荣誉教育”教学体系。基于“荣誉教育”与医德教育的融合统一,构建与优化医学教育课程结构,让通识教育与医学专业教育相结合,知识传授与能力培养相结合,最终达到培养高尚医德、精湛医术的卓越医师人才之目的。

The purpose of honor education in medical colleges and universities is to train special medical undergraduate talents. The goal of honor education is not only the cultivation of outstanding knowledge and ability, but also the cultivation of medical college students to become the outstanding person of honor definition and the leader of medical practice. However, honor education and medical ethics education are inseparable, and medical ethics education can effectively prevent the negative effects of honor education. In order to prevent the content of honor education from becoming an “isolated island”, it is necessary to innovate the education and teaching mode of the integration of honor education and medical ethics education. Firstly, the moral connotation of holographic into honor education activities;secondly, the establishment is guided by the future “post competence”. Based on the integration of honor education and medical ethics education, the course structure of medical education should be constructed and optimized to combine general education with medical professional education, combine knowledge imparting with ability training, and finally achieve the goal of cultivating excellent doctors with noble medical ethics and excellent medical skills.
