制盐区废渣综合利用探究

摘要 制盐区在生产过程中产生的废渣包括卤水净化一、二级渣,渣量较大且成分复杂,目前主要堆放于厂区,对环境造成较大影响。以自贡舒坪制盐区废渣为研究对象,通过对几类渣的成分分析检测,针对渣的特性,对下游应用市场进行了调研,并据此开展了室内脱盐和综合利用实验研究。采用冷凝水二次洗涤后的一级、二级渣经脱水、干燥后,氯离子质量分数<0.35%,水质量分数<12%,可用作水泥生产添加剂。该研究实现了废渣的综合利用,环保效益显著,并可推广应用于各制盐企业。 The waste residues produced in the production process of salt-making area include the first grade and second grade residues from brine purification.The residues are in large volume and with complicated composition.These residues are piled up in the plant area,which has a large impact on environment.Taking the waste residues of Shuping salt-making area in Zigong as the research object,through the analysis and detection of the composition of several kinds of residues,the downstream application market was investigated according to the characteristics of the residues,and the indoor desalination and comprehensive utilization experiments were carried out accordingly.After dewatering and drying,w(Cl-)<0.35% and w(H2O)<12% in the first grade and second grade residues washed twice by condensate water,which could be used as additives in cement production.The comprehensive utilization of waste residues achieved with remarkable environmental protection benefits and it could be widely applied in various salt making enterprises.
