摘要
钢铁生产过程中为了获得更好的产品性能,需要用盐酸进行淋洗或浸泡。酸洗后会产生大量腐蚀性和污染性的废液,酸洗废液直接排放会造成严重的环境污染。针对该废液,加入过氧化氢进行氧化,制备聚氯化铁,找出最佳处理工艺,达到资源回收和环境无害化的目的。磷酸二氢钾作稳定剂可使聚氯化铁更加稳定。溶液中n(磷)/n(铁)为0.0486时,聚氯化铁产品一个月未出现沉淀;成品聚氯化铁中铁质量分数为11.04%,盐基度为10.2%,满足水处理剂聚氯化铁标准HG/T4672-2014的要求。
In order to obtain better product performance in steel production process,it is necessary to use hydrochloric acid for rinsing or soaking.A large amount of corrosive and polluting waste liquor will be produced after pickling,and the direct discharge of acid pickling waste liquor will cause serious environmental pollution.Aiming at the waste liquor,hydrogen peroxide was added to the waste liquid for oxidation,and polymeric ferric chloride was prepared.The optimal treatment process was found to achieve the purpose of resource recovery and environmental harmlessness.KH2PO4 as stabilizer could make polymer- ic ferric chloride more stable.When n(P)/n(Fe) in solution was 0.048 6,the product of polymeric ferric chloride did not precipi- tate for a month.The mass fraction of iron in the finished product of polymeric ferric chloride was 11.04% and the salinity was 10.2%, which met the requirements of the standard HG/T 4672-2014 for water treatment agent polymeric ferric chloride.
