理筋手法治疗兔骨骼肌静力性损伤的红外热成像分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的通过红外热成像技术评价理筋手法对兔骨骼肌静力性损伤的治疗效果。方法模拟人颈椎前屈位,利用自制模型架对兔采取颈椎前屈位固定方法造模,造成颈后肌群损伤,利用红外热成像技术记录和测量兔在自然恢复和手法干预下的各时间段平均温度变化。结果治疗前理筋组和自然恢复组的兔平均温度均高于正常组(P均<0.05);自然恢复组治疗前的兔平均温度均高于治疗后14和21d(P均<0.05);理筋组治疗前的兔平均温度均高于治疗后的7、14和21d(P均<0.05);治疗14和21d,理筋组兔平均温度均低于自然恢复组(P均<0.05)。结论理筋手法能够改善颈部组织代谢,从而降低局部体表温度;红外热成像技术在软组织损伤疗效评价中具有可观性,为临床治疗提供有益的参考价值。 Objective To evaluate therapeutic effect of Massage Technique on rabbit skeletal muscle static injury by infrared thermography.Methods In order to simulate the anterior flexion of human cervical spine,a self-made model frame was used to fix the anterior flexion of cervical spine in rabbits,which resulted in the injury of posterior cervical muscle groups.The average temperature changes of rabbits at different stages of self-recovery and manual intervention were recorded and measured by infrared thermography.Results The average temperature of the rabbits in the Lijin treatment group and the natural recovery group before treatment was higher than that of the normal group(P all<0.05);the average temperature of the rabbits in the natural recovery group before treatment was higher than that of the rabbits 14 days and 21 days after treatment(P all<0.05);the average temperature of the rabbits in the Lijin treatment group before treatment was higher than that of the 7 days,14 days and 21 days after treatment(P all<0.05);and the average temperature of the rabbits in the Lijin treatment group after 14 days and 21 days was lower than that of the natural recovery group(P all<0.05).Conclusion The massage technique can improve the metabolism of the neck tissue and reduce the local temperature.Infrared thermography has considerable value in evaluating the curative effect of soft tissue injury and provides useful reference value for clinical treatment.
