289例风湿性疾病合并恶性肿瘤临床特点分析

Clinical Analysis of 289 Cases of Rheumatic Diseases with Malignant Tumors

目的探讨风湿性疾病合并恶性肿瘤的临床特点。方法收集2008年1月-2018年1月于宁夏医科大学总医院明确诊断为风湿性疾病合并恶性肿瘤住院患者的临床资料,对其性别、年龄、民族、风湿病和肿瘤确诊时间、肿瘤的类型进行分析。结果19170例风湿性疾病住院患者中289例(1.51%)合并恶性肿瘤,男性91例,女性198例,男∶女为1∶2.2,发病中位年龄68岁。289例患者中类风湿关节炎142例(49.13%),干燥综合征67例(23.18%),强直性脊柱炎35例(12.11%),皮肌炎/多发性肌炎22例(7.61%),系统性红斑狼疮20例(6.92%),系统性硬化症3例(1.04%)。结论不同风湿性疾病可合并不同恶性肿瘤,加强癌症筛查对预防恶性肿瘤发生发展、改善风湿性患者预后有重要临床意义。

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of rheumatic diseases with malignant tumors.Methods The clinical data were collected from January 2008 to January 2018 at General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University.The clinical data of patients with rheumatic diseases and malignant tumors were diagnosed.The sex,age,nationality,rheumatic disease and tumor diagnosis time and type of tumor were analyzed.Results Of 19170 hospitalized patients with rheumatic diseases,289(1.51%)had malignant tumors.There were 91 males and 198 females.Males and females were 1∶2.2.The median age of onset was 68 years.Of the 289 patients,142(49.13%)were rheumatoid arthritis,67(23.18%)were Sjogren's syndrome,35(12.11%)were ankylosing spondylitis,22(7.61%)were dermatomyositis/polymyositis,20(6.92%)were systemic lupus erythematosus,3(1.04%)were systemic sclerosis.Conclusion The different kinds of rheumatic diseases can be combined with various malignant tumors.Strengthening cancer screening is important for preventing the development of malignant tumors and improving the prognosis of rheumatic diseases.
