摘要
为了获取发动机试车过程中噪声数据的数据特征,以某型固体火箭发动机为例,设计搭建了试验测试方案和测试系统,分析研究噪声数据的时域、频域和时频域特征。结果表明:发动机舱内的噪声数据比舱外的噪声数据更接近于标准的正态分布,舱内、外的噪声谱形以及总声压级均存在较大差别,二者时频分析结果的能量分布均随着频率的升高而逐渐减少,且舱内、外测点的能量分布范围有较大差异。分析结果对获得箭体关键部位的噪声数据特征具有重要参考意义。
To obtain the data characteristics of noise data during engine test run, a test scheme and test system for a solid rocket engine were designed and built. The characteristics of noise data in time domain, frequency domain and time-frequency domain were analyzed and researched. The results show that the noise data in the engine cabin are closer to the standard normal distribution than those outside the cabin. The noise spectra and total sound pressure levels inside and outside the cabin are quite different. The energy distribution of the time-frequency analysis results of the two compartments decreases gradually with the increase of the frequency, and there are great differences of the energy distribution range of the measured points between inside and outside the cabin. The analysis results serve as important reference to predict the noise data characteristics of the key parts of solid rocket.
