脱除甲醇、二甲醚的贵金属催化剂的研究 被引量:1

摘要 以氯铂酸或氯化钯为前躯体,γ-Al2O3为载体,采用过量浸渍法制备以钯或铂为前躯体的贵金属催化剂。采用固定床反应器,以二甲醚、甲醇等为入口气体,考察了反应温度、空速以及入口气体浓度等因素对催化剂性能的影响。实验结果表明:甲醇在185℃、二甲醚在195℃即达到起活温度,甲醇入口含量达到5000×10^-6,二甲醚入口含量达到7000×10^-6时,空速90000h^-1时,催化剂仍然有较高的转化率。 Using chloroplatinic acid or palladium chloride as the precursor andγ-Al2O3 as the carrier,precious metal catalysts of Pd or Pt which is used for precursor are prepared by excessive impregnation.The effects of the reaction temperature,the space velocity and the inlet concentration on the catalytic performance are investigated in the fixed bed reactor with dimethyl ether and methanol as the inlet gases.The experimental results show that methanol and dimethyl ether reached the living temperature at the temperature of 185°C and 195°C,and the catalyst still maintains high conversion rate when the inlet content of methanol reached 5000×10^-6,the inlet content of dimethyl ether reached 7000×10^-6 and the space velocity is 90000h-1.
