摘要 智慧能源系统是具有智慧特征的能源系统。智慧能源系统的出现主要是因为传统的能源系统难以更好地满足人类社会的需求,以及信息和通信技术的快速发展,及由此带来清洁能源技术和应用的成本下降。在理论方面,学术界关于智慧能源系统的构想出现了两种代表性的理论建构;在应用方面,一些先进国家已经提出了向智慧能源系统转型的目标,并且在实践方面取得了一定的成效。 Smart energy system is the energy system with the characteristic of intelligence. The emergence of smart energy systems is mainly due to the difficulty of traditional energy systems to better meet the needs of human society,the rapid development of information and communication technologies,and the decline in the cost of clean energy technologies and applications. In theory,there are two representative theoretical constructs in the academic world about the idea of smart energy system. In terms of application,some advanced countries have already proposed the goal of transforming to smart energy system,and have achieved certain results in practice.
