摘要 为了正确评价城市常规公交系统的可持续发展水平,及时发现现有公交系统的不足之处,应建立合理的公交系统的可持续发展评价模型。基于可持续发展理念,综合考虑社会经济、资源环境、交通功能、交通管理等影响因素,建立了常规公交的可持续发展评价体系;并采用层次分析法(AHP)-熵权法对建立的各项指标进行了量化研究,构建了AHP-熵权法的常规公交系统可持续发展评价评价模型;以昆明市为例,依据昆明市常规公交的发展现状,应用建立的评价模型对昆明市常规公交可持续发展程度的进行了综合评价,评价值为73.97,属于一般可持续发展水平,并针对昆明市常规公交系统的不足之处给出了针对性建议。 In order to correctly evaluate the sustainable development level of the city s bus transit system and timely discover the inadequacies of the existing public transportation system, a reasonable evaluation model for the sustainable development of the public transportation system should be established. Based on the concept of sustainable development, the social economy and resources was considered. Based on the influence of environment, traffic function, traffic management and other factors, the sustainable development evaluation system of bus transit was established. The AHP-entropy method was used to quantitatively study the established indicators, and the evaluation model of AHP-entropy method is constructed. Taking Kunming City as an example, based on the development status of bus transit in Kunming, the comprehensive evaluation value of the sustainable development degree of bus transit in Kunming is 73.97, which belongs to the general sustainable development level and is indispensable for the bus transit system.
