摘要
目的将窑制玻璃产品从一般的历史性论述中分离出来,将它置于技术和制作技艺过程中进行讨论。方法对窑制玻璃融合成器的前期对相关的技术进行分析,定量的对不同技术的优缺点进行了对比,通过3D打印介入窑制玻璃“胎骨”方法进行论述和分析,阐述3D对于窑制玻璃成型技术改进的积极作用。结果通过对古法制器与3D技术进行比较分析,证明3D制胎在窑制玻璃中显示出的该技术的绝对优势和难以比拟的优秀特质,这对于现代窑制玻璃技术的普及有重要意义。结论窑制玻璃在技艺上的进步和变革能促使玻璃艺术呈现出新的形态,在现实生活中逐步发挥出自己的作用。
The work aims to separate the kiln glass product from the general historical discussion and discuss it in the process of technology and production techniques. In the early stage of the kiln glass fusion device, relevant technologies were analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of different technologies were quantitatively compared. Through the discussion and analysis of 3D printing intervention with kiln glass "bone of tyre" method, the positive effect of 3D on kiln glass molding technology improvement was expounded. By comparing and analyzing the ancient glass making machine with the 3D technology, it was proved that the 3D tyre making technology showed its absolute advantages and incomparably excellent characteristics in kiln glass, which was of great significance for the popularization of modern kiln glass technology. The progress and reform of kiln glass technology can promote glass art to take on a new form and gradually play its role in real life.
