摘要 目的为提升生物知识在产品创新中的应用,扩展基于生物知识的产品创新策略,提升和优化仿生设计成果,研究仿生设计中功能创新的基本原理和实现途径。方法分析功能创新的基本要素、实现原理及其特征分类,将其与仿生设计的应用特征进行结合,归纳仿生设计中功能创新的主要类型,提出面向功能创新的仿生设计原理,最后进一步总结仿生设计中功能创新实现的关键技术,并结合具体的设计案例分别从以设计问题和生物原型为起点来论述仿生设计中功能创新的实现途径。结论以功能创新为目标,为仿生设计提供了更加明确的方向,同时明确了不同类型产品所适用的仿生设计手法,实现了功能创新与仿生设计过程的结合,提高了生物特征在产品创新设计中的利用效率,可在进一步提升仿生设计成果质量的同时有效缩短设计周期。 The work aims to study the basic principles and realization approach of function innovations in bionics, so as to improve the application of biological knowledge in product design for extending product creation strategy based on biological knowledge and improving and optimizing bionics design results. The basic elements, realization principle and characteristics classification of function innovation were analyzed and combined with application characteristics in bionics. The main type of function innovation in bionics was summarized. The bionics principle for function innovation was proposed. Then, the key technologies to facilitate function innovation in bionics were put forward and the realization approach of function innovation in bionics was discussed through the specific design cases with design problem and biological prototypes as start points. Taking function innovation as the goal, a clearer direction is provided for bionics. Meanwhile, the bionics methods applicable to different types of products are specified to realize the combination of function innovation and bionics process, improve the utilization efficiency of biological features in product innovation design, and can effectively shorten the design cycle while further improving the quality of bionics results.
